Happy New Year Thank you for replying to me. After sticking the broken part back in, the machine still ran idle. When I manually moved it back to the starting position, it could read the disc, but could only read the first ten seconds. Then it continued to cycle back to the beginning, and I heard the sound of the motor running idle. May I ask if I could buy a good transmission rack and replace it to fix it? Thank you

Hello, Mr. Kaosun. I have another question to ask you. After replacing the broken part, the player can work normally. However, the first song will jump back to its starting position after about 10 seconds of playing, and this situation will continue to repeat. How can I solve this problem? Thank you

Now an oscilloscope will be needed to carefully adjust your laser signal and reading waveform called RF signal.

Hello Mr. Kaosun, may it not be a problem with the laser head? I have noticed that the iron sheet on the guide rail of the laser head is deformed (after opening the back cover, you can see that the deformed part has scratches left by the laser head moving), and it happens to be the starting position. Could this be the reason (see attached picture) and how should I repair it? Thank you

You can simply press it to be flat; or, disassemble and detach the cover, flatten it and restore your laser assembly. It should work.

Thank you for your reply. May I ask if it is possible to open the back cover and press it from the inside out, or can we only remove the deformed piece of iron sheet without disassembling the entire machine and press it back to its original state? Thank you
