Hello mr Kaosun, I checked all the other pins of IC601 and NO one is showing the correct waveform, so I possibly need a new IC601? Thanks!

Thanks again for your assistant. I tried to measure some voltages and they appeared almost the same with my other t66. I am running out of ideas, what can cause the IC601 not to show the waveforms it should? what do you suggest? Thanks.

Maybe I will replace the MPC1715FU. Can I replace it with the MPC1716AFU? they are look the same. Thanks!

The sync signal originally from IC601 CXD1125. Pls check crystal of the IC, VCC and reset signals. The IC301 with 16.9344MHz crystal outputs clocks to pin53 of the IC601. Pls check the IC301 as well.
