Common Vintage CD players Components Composition

Yep, it's a upd6376. The basic laser and servo system are same between 50 and 150. To be an ordinary CD player, use upd6376; to be a superior one, use ad1868.

Yep, it's a UPD6376. I have quite a few coming from DCP50 after the mod.

Kaosun, do you know anything about Panasonic SL-NP3 player? How it compares to Technics SL-XP5(7). Or is it the same thing? It is not listed in your Components table. Thanks!!

NP3 is almost same with XP7, just uses a smaller screen. Otherwise it can exchange each board with XP7. So I think it should be same with XP7.

Attached is my take at this table, I have no means of uploading it here so I put it at my (basically nonexistent) site. Here is the link:   http://square-2.com/category/audiophile/

Yep, I took a look.  The DAC of Denon 150 is AD1868 which is a 18bit DAC. :-)

I have a Panasonic SL-S500，that player used the same DAC+AMP as DCP-50, maybe it can also modify to DCP-150?

Yes, it can be upgraded. Better to confirm there's enough space inside to contain the DAC assembly.
