Hi man,
Download the service manual of Aiwa xp77 from this forum and check the CPU circuit. The preliminary conditions for CPU is:
1: VCC 3.5V
2: Reset 3.5V
3: Crystal signal
4: Play button pressed signal
5: Hold switch released
6: Door switch closed
Also, the 10 more SMT capacitors should be replaced all and clean corresponding PCB area.
